Data is stored securely through the platforms used to host the quiz (for example Google Forms) and integrated email systems.
Some data may be transferred outside Switzerland or the EU (e.g., to the United States) to providers such as Google LLC or Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.
Transfers occur only to entities covered by an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses ensuring an equivalent level of protection.

Quiz responses are retained for up to 24 months to permit analysis and follow-up communication, unless deletion is requested sooner.
