  • How much does it cost?
    Our all-inclusive retreat package starts at CHF 1'650 for a double room and CHF 1'850 for a single room. Early-Birds get a single room for the price of a double room (CHF 1'650).

  • Can I book a single room?
    Yes! We offer a limited number of single rooms for CHF 1'850.

  • I’m coming with a friend, can we stay in the same room?
    Of course! Just mention your friend’s name when booking, and we’ll pair you together. That’s CHF 1'650 per person.

  • I’m an Early-Bird, what are my advantages?
    Early-Bird participants get:

    • A single room for the double room price

    • A 30-minute clarity call before the retreat

    • A 45-minute individual consulting session during the retreat

    • A 2-hour follow-up session post-retreat with one of the co-hosts

Register

Fill out the registration form. You’ll receive an invoice to confirm your spot—payment is due upon receipt.

Confirm Your Place

Once your payment is received, we’ll send you a confirmation email with access to a pre-retreat questionnaire so we can tailor the experience to your goals.

Get Ready

A few days before the retreat, you’ll receive a final prep email with:

  • The full program

  • A practical packing list

  • Helpful reminders

  • A public transport guide to help you get to Villars with ease

Join Us in Villars

We’ll meet at the Victoria Hotel on Thursday 11th of September, as of 3:00 PM for three powerful days of clarity, momentum, and connection.

Get a single room for the price of a double one, a pre-summit 30' clarity call, a 45' individual session during and a 2h post-summit session.

Only valid for the first four spots booked before May 1st.

Are you a Guest Facilitator/Lecturer?

What will happen after your register?

  1. You will receive an email from us with the invoice to confirm your spot.

  2. After confirmation, you will complete a pre-summit questionnaire so we can tailor the experience to your needs.

  3. A few days before the retreat, you’ll receive a final prep email with: The full program, a practical packing list, helpful reminders and a public transport guide to help you get to Villars with ease.

  4. On September 11th, check-in will open as of 3pm and we'll be waiting for you at dinner (included in your package).

Early-Bird Touchpoints
If you book as an Early-Bird, you’ll also receive:

  • A 30-minute clarity call before the retreat

  • A chance to book a 45-minute consulting session during the retreat

  • A 2-hour session after the retreat to keep the momentum going

Terms & Conditions – The Solopreneur Summit 2025

Event Dates: September 11–14, 2025

Location: Victoria Hotel, Villars-sur-Ollon, Switzerland

Effective Date: April 2025

1. Eligibility & Participation

The Solopreneur Summit is designed for women solopreneurs who are ready to participate fully in an energizing and growth-oriented retreat. By registering, you confirm that you are self-employed and committed to showing up with presence, openness, and respect.

2. Pricing & Early-Bird Offer

  • The retreat is offered as a single, all-inclusive package.

  • Early-Bird Offer: The first 4 participants to register by May 1, 2025, will receive a discounted rate.

  • After May 1st, all remaining spots will be available at the regular price until fully booked.

  • Pricing includes:

    • 3 nights’ accommodation (single or double room based on selection)

    • All meals during the retreat

    • All workshops, guest sessions, materials, and wellness activities

    • Access to the hotel’s gym and pool

  • Travel to and from the retreat is not included.

  • Full payment is required at booking. No payment plans are offered.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made on or before June 15, 2025 are eligible for a full refund minus a CHF 50 processing fee.

  • After June 15, 2025, no refunds will be issued.

  • You may request to transfer your spot to another eligible participant after this date, subject to organizer approval.

  • If the retreat is canceled by the organizers, you will receive a full refund. We are not liable for any additional travel or accommodation costs incurred.

4. Accommodation

  • All rooms are located at the Victoria Hotel and include private bathrooms.

  • Room type (double or single) is chosen at registration and subject to availability.

  • Access to the hotel’s gym and pool is included. (Note: there is no spa on-site.)

5. Health, Safety & Dietary Needs

  • Participants are responsible for their own physical and mental well-being during the retreat.

  • You will be asked to submit any dietary restrictions or health considerations in a pre-retreat questionnaire.

  • Travel insurance is highly recommended.

  • The organizers are not responsible for any illness, injury, or loss incurred during the retreat.

6. Code of Conduct

This is a respectful, inclusive, and confidential space. By joining, you agree to:

  • Participate actively in the program

  • Respect others’ privacy, space, and perspectives

  • Contribute to a safe and encouraging environment

The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant who does not adhere to these guidelines. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

7. Media Consent

  • Photographs and short videos may be taken throughout the retreat for promotional use.

  • If you prefer not to appear in media content, please notify us in writing before the retreat begins.

  • Private coaching sessions and reflective activities will not be recorded or shared.

8. Program Flexibility

While every effort will be made to deliver the full program as outlined, the organizers reserve the right to make minor changes to the schedule, guest speakers, or format if needed. All adjustments will be communicated in advance and will not diminish the overall retreat experience.
